1. You’re Not Crazy for Wanting More
You’re not asking for too much. You’re not being unrealistic. You just see more for your life, and that’s not something everyone can handle.
I remember being in that space early on in my journey where I would just say what I was thinking. I would tell people, “I want to be a vegetarian,” (and my favorite one) “I want to be rich without working the way society tells me,” “I want to connect to God in my own way.” I thought it was safe to share those dreams, but the blank stares and awkward laughs taught me something else.

2. The Early Days: When I Talked Too Much
I used to talk a lot. If something lit me up, I’d share it. But not everyone around me was clapping for me. Some people got really quiet. Others made jokes. Sometimes they’d say, “Why would you stop eating chicken? Are you okay?” or “You can’t make money without working hard, that’s just how life works.”
But I knew something they didn’t. I knew I was being pulled by something higher. I just didn’t have the language for it yet.

3. Why They Get Uncomfortable With Your Growth
Let me be honest: your growth reminds people of where they’re not growing. That’s why they flinch when you speak life over your dreams.
They’re not bad people. They’re just not ready.
They feel it before you even say it. Your energy shifts. You talk different. Your confidence rises. You’re glowing in a way they haven’t seen before. And instead of saying, “Wow, I’m inspired,” they get triggered. Because if you can change, then they could too, and that scares them.

4. Their Discomfort Isn’t Yours to Carry
People will try to convince you to stay the same so they don’t have to change. That’s not your burden.
You are not responsible for keeping others comfortable at the cost of your expansion. That’s not growth that’s energetic self-sabotage.
You’re allowed to want different. And you’re allowed to become someone new, even if they don’t get it.

5. The Trickery of Distractions
Let’s talk about distractions.
You’re finally getting clear on your path. You’re thinking, “Maybe I’ll start a business,” “Maybe I’ll write that book,” “Maybe I’ll stop drinking.”
And just like clockwork, here comes the invite to the club. Here comes the “Let’s go out tonight,” “Let’s get drunk,” “Let’s forget about all that serious stuff.”
But that’s not random. That’s energetic sabotage wrapped in a good time.
They want you to forget. Because if you remember if you keep talking about your dreams hey know it’s going to happen.

6. Why They Change the Subject When You Dream
You ever tell someone, “Hey, I’m starting a new project,” and they quickly switch topics?
That’s not by accident.
They change the subject because they know the longer you talk about it, the more real it becomes. And if it becomes real for you, they have to face what’s still unreal in their own life.

7. The Vibration of Becoming
There’s a certain energy that surrounds someone who is becoming.
It’s not loud. It’s not boastful. But it is unmistakable. It shifts rooms. And if you’re the one carrying that frequency, people will either lean in or pull away.
Let them.
You don’t need to explain your glow to anyone. You just need to keep becoming.

8. Don’t Take It Personal, But Take Responsibility
It’s not always their fault. We attract what we tolerate.
For so long, I kept people around me who were clearly uncomfortable with my light, but I stayed anyway because I didn’t want to be “too much.”
That’s not their fault. That’s mine.
So I made a decision: I will no longer shrink myself to fit into rooms that don’t know how to honor my energy.

9. Choose Energy That Cheers You On
You deserve people who get it. The kind of people who say, “That’s amazing,” not “That’s crazy.”
You deserve the ones who smile when you win. Who say, “Let’s do it” when you dream. Who send you podcast links and quotes because they know you’re on fire and they want to see you rise.

10. The “Hell Yes” Frequency
Surround yourself with people who say:
Surround yourself with people who say:
- “Hell yes!”
- “Let’s go!”
- “You were born for this!”
- “I see you and I believe in you.”
- “Hell yes!”
- “Let’s go!”
- “You were born for this!”
- “I see you and I believe in you.”
You’ll feel the difference instantly. It’s not draining. It’s energizing.
That’s your frequency match.

11. Stop Explaining, Start Aligning
When you’re constantly explaining your dreams to people, that’s a sign they’re not your tribe.
Real ones don’t need the whole backstory. They just feel your energy and they say, “Yes. Keep going.”
Don’t try to convince anyone. Just become it.

12. How to Keep Shining Without Guilt
Here’s the truth: You don’t owe anyone your dimness.
You don’t have to play small to keep them from feeling insecure.
The right people won’t be intimidated by your light. They’ll feel lit up by it.

13. Rooted and Rising: You’re Allowed to Outgrow Them
Yes, you loved them.
Yes, they were there for a season.
But you’re evolving now. That doesn’t make you fake. That makes you free.
Sometimes you rise, and the people around you stay still. That’s okay. You don’t have to carry them. You just have to keep going.

14. Final Message: Never Dim for Anyone Again
So here’s your permission slip:
So here’s your permission slip:
- Speak your dreams.
- Move with intention.
- Let them be uncomfortable.
- Keep shining.
- Speak your dreams.
- Move with intention.
- Let them be uncomfortable.
- Keep shining.
Because they’re intimidated by your greatness and that’s not your problem.
It’s your confirmation.
You are becoming the version of you that you once only imagined. Don’t let anyone’s fear delay your flight.
You’re not too much. You’re just the right amount of everything.
Have a beautiful day.
Have a beautiful day.
