If you’re reading this, I want you to say this out loud right now:
“This is my sign. This is my confirmation. I am waking up to the truth of who I am.”
Trust this is God’s plan for your life. You are not lost. You’re being redirected. You’re being reminded. The weird stuff? The signs? The repeating numbers? Yeah… it’s real. It’s all part of a beautiful cosmic breadcrumb trail that your Higher Self, your guides, your angels , yes even Jesus are leaving for you.
Let’s talk about it.
Awakening can feel lonely, I know. You might be sitting in your car crying between errands, or walking through Target hearing a song that gives you goosebumps but this is what waking up looks like sometimes. It’s quiet. It’s weird. It’s divine.
You’re not crazy. You’re not cursed. You’re not too sensitive.
You’re being called.
You are surrounded by invisible support systems your Spirit Team, your guides, your passed loved ones (my mama Kristy is always with me), and your Higher Self who’s been waiting for you to remember.
3. What Is a Spiritual Awakening?
A spiritual awakening is not just some woo-woo concept. It’s a deep recalibration of your entire being. Your frequency begins to rise. You start to care less about what doesn’t matter. You start to crave truth. You ask bigger questions. You no longer want to be sedated by distractions.
You stop seeing through the Matrix the way you used to.
You start seeing through it.
4. Signs the Universe Is Reaching Out to You
Ever looked at the clock and seen 11:11, 3:03, 4:44 over and over?
That’s not a coincidence.
Ever had someone say exactly what you needed to hear in a random conversation?
Ever heard a lyric on the radio and felt like it was written just for your soul?
Or watched a bird fly next to your car just when you asked for a sign?
That’s Source communicating. That’s your own Soul yelling, “YES! Keep going!”
5. Synchronicities: Numbers, Songs, People, and Birds
Here’s how Source talks to you in your awakening:
- Repeating numbers (angel numbers): 222 (alignment), 333 (ascended masters), 555 (change incoming).
- Music lyrics that hit your core like divine reminders.
- People saying key phrases to you (listen carefully).
- Animals like cardinals, hawks, mourning doves, or ladybugs showing up at the exact right time.
Your whole life becomes a message when you learn how to listen.
6. Jesus Was on a 1000 Frequency Why That Matters
Let’s talk about Jesus.
He wasn’t just a man in a robe walking around preaching love he was calibrated at 1000, the highest spiritual frequency on the Hawkins scale. He was Source walking. And what did he keep saying?
- “Turn the other cheek.”
- “Let go.”
- “Love your enemies.”
- “The kingdom of God is within you.”
He wasn’t being poetic. He was saying: stop reacting to this polarized, dualistic world. Don’t feed the illusion. Transcend it.
Jesus was teaching emotional mastery and spiritual frequency long before we had the language for it.
7. Calibrating to Receive Source Energy
To access wisdom from your Higher Self, you must match the frequency of where that wisdom lives. And that means:
- Letting go of resistance
- Not arguing with the 3D
- Getting into alignment with love, trust, peace, forgiveness
The wisdom is there. It’s not that it doesn’t exist. It’s that your current vibration must tune to it, just like a radio station.
You can’t hear jazz on a heavy metal frequency.
9. Real Stories from My Awakening
When I first started waking up, I kept seeing ladybugs everywhere. They crawled on my car, my desk, even my journal. I thought, “What is happening?”
Then I heard a lyric that said, “Don’t look back, you’re not going that way.”
That night, I dreamt of a hawk flying over water. I knew I had to follow the signs. That hawk was my spirit, and the water was my emotion.
The signs are everywhere when you start trusting your inner voice.
10. Journal Prompts for the Awakening Soul
Take 10 minutes and reflect on one of these:
- What synchronicities have I been noticing lately?
- When do I feel the most connected to Source?
- What does my inner voice sound like?
- What would I do if I believed the Universe had my back?
Write like you’re writing to your future self because that’s who is watching you wake up.
11. How to Raise Your Frequency Today
Here are a few of my personal energy-boosters to match Source:
✅ Go outside and touch the Earth
✅ Say thank you for 5 things out loud
✅ Listen to high-frequency music (528 Hz or 963 Hz)
✅ Take 10 deep breaths and smile
✅ Do something weird that makes your soul laugh
✅ Avoid low-vibe drama or fear content
Your frequency is your filter. Adjust it daily.
12. Final Message: You Are the One You’ve Been Waiting For
Let me remind you, you’re not reading this by accident.
This is your time.
This is your chapter.
You’re not alone. You’re awakening.
The numbers, songs, feelings they’re all part of the wake-up call. You’re being loved back into the truth of your own light.
Calibrate high, like Jesus. Tune out the Matrix. Trust what you feel.
The wisdom of the universe is already encoded in your soul.
